I grew up in southern Idaho, enjoying the outdoors, the mountains, lakes, archery hunting, dancing, and making art. My mom says that, at a young age, I was happiest when I was creating and dancing.

 

I enjoyed both art and dance in college, on a scholarship. After college I moved to LA as a young adult to pursue dance. I loved the professional dance life for several years; choreographing, teaching, learning from the best, and performing.

 

My spiritual life sprouted while I was living in the Hawaiian jungle. I couldn't believe the vibrancy of color and sweetness of air in these precious islands. I felt a deep home-coming on many levels. This led me to many years of spiritual transformation, travel, and challenges to deepen into my most authentic and aligned Self. My Mystic/Artist soul woke up while in India, and I haven't been the same since.

 

I have been shaped and supported by family and friends, the natural world, the Aloha spirit, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, transformative experiences, mind-body arts, meditation, the Art of Living and Dying, and many incredible mentors and places along the way. 

 

I now live in Ashland, Oregon with my beloved. I am blessed to facilitate Clarity Breathwork, Ritual Trance Dance, Tantric Dance, Cacao Ceremonies, Sound Baths and Singing Circles, Painting workshops, playshops, and more.  I love to collaborate with healers, coaches, shamans, and leaders.
